On Sunday, 2020 Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris chose to celebrate Fathers Day by comparing illegal aliens and criminals who she says are separated from their fathers to Americans veterans and soldiers who are serving our nation and deployed overseas!

Unfortunately today, too many of the men and women who serve our nation by putting their lives on the line for our freedoms, end up homeless and neglected. Unfortunately, the cities throughout the United States have taken the money entrusted to them by their American constituents and spent it on food, water, shelter, and even legal expenses for illegal aliens, rather than helping our nations war heroes, let alone the homeless American’s themselves!
According to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans…
the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) states that the nation’s homeless veterans are predominantly male, with roughly 9% being female. The majority are single; live in urban areas; and suffer from mental illness, alcohol and/or substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders. About 11% of the adult homeless population are veterans.
Roughly 45% of all homeless veterans are African American or Hispanic, despite only accounting for 10.4% and 3.4% of the U.S. veteran population, respectively.
Homeless veterans are younger on average than the total veteran population. Approximately 9% are between the ages of 18 and 30, and 41% are between the ages of 31 and 50. Conversely, only 5% of all veterans are between the ages of 18 and 30, and less than 23% are between 31 and 50.
America’s homeless veterans have served in World War II, the Korean War, Cold War, Vietnam War, Grenada, Panama, Lebanon, Persian Gulf War, Afghanistan and Iraq (OEF/OIF), and the military’s anti-drug cultivation efforts in South America. Nearly half of homeless veterans served during the Vietnam era. Two-thirds served our country for at least three years, and one-third were stationed in a war zone.
About 1.4 million other veterans, meanwhile, are considered at risk of homelessness due to poverty, lack of support networks, and dismal living conditions in overcrowded or substandard housing.
How many homeless veterans are there?
Although flawless counts are impossible to come by – the transient nature of homeless populations presents a major difficulty – the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) estimates that 40,056 veterans are homeless on any given night.
Approximately 12,700 veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation New Dawn (OND) were homeless in 2010. The number of young homeless veterans is increasing, but only constitutes 8.8% of the overall homeless veteran population.
Why are veterans homeless?
In addition to the complex set of factors influencing all homelessness – extreme shortage of affordable housing, livable income and access to health care – a large number of displaced and at-risk veterans live with lingering effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and substance abuse, which are compounded by a lack of family and social support networks. Additionally, military occupations and training are not always transferable to the civilian workforce, placing some veterans at a disadvantage when competing for employment.
A top priority for homeless veterans is secure, safe, clean housing that offers a supportive environment free of drugs and alcohol.
Doesn’t VA take care of homeless veterans?
To a certain extent, yes. Each year, VA’s specialized homelessness programs provide health care to almost 150,000 homeless veterans and other services to more than 112,000 veterans. Additionally, more than 40,000 homeless veterans receive compensation or pension benefits each month.
Since 1987, VA’s programs for homeless veterans have emphasized collaboration with such community service providers to help expand services to more veterans in crisis. VA, using its own resources or in partnerships with others, has secured nearly 15,000 residential rehabilitative and transitional beds and more than 30,000 permanent beds for homeless veterans throughout the nation. These partnerships are credited with reducing the number of homeless veterans by 70% since 2005. More information about VA homeless programs and initiatives can be found here.
What services do veterans need?
Veterans need a coordinated effort that provides secure housing, nutritional meals, basic physical health care, substance abuse care and aftercare, mental health counseling, personal development and empowerment. Additionally, veterans need job assessment, training and placement assistance.
NCHV strongly believes that all programs to assist homeless veterans must focus on helping them obtain and sustain employment.
What seems to work best?
The most effective programs for homeless and at-risk veterans are community-based, nonprofit, “veterans helping veterans” groups. Programs that seem to work best feature transitional housing with the camaraderie of living in structured, substance-free environments with fellow veterans who are succeeding at bettering themselves.
Government money, while important, is limited, and available services are often at capacity. It is critical, therefore, that community groups reach out to help provide the support, resources and opportunities that most Americans take for granted: housing, employment and health care. Veterans who participate in collaborative programs are afforded more services and have higher chances of becoming tax-paying, productive citizens again.
Today, rather than helping those veterans to have access to medical care, a warm bed, or even a hot meal with clean water, Sanctuary cities have become welcome centers for illegal aliens, investing the taxpayer’s money into protecting and financing illegal immigration, rather than providing the much-needed help and assistance that the homeless need!
Also, the Democrats war on men wreaks of irony, in that Democrats claim that abortion should be legal because women’s bodies are their right, as they have chanted slogans like…
“Our Bodies, Our Lives, Our Right To Decide!”
However, when it comes to men, Democrat Jackie Hayden says that men should be forced to have their reproductive rights stripped from them, by surgically attacking their manhood, surgically cutting out their reproductive ability, and then charging them for women to freely have the ability to take their sperm for their own purposes!
Reports indicate that the Democrat legislator apparently met with pro-life critics of the Reproductive Health Act, one of whom recounted the meeting and her statements on the Wayne Township Republican website, where Jackie Hayden wrote…
“We tried to keep politics out of this equation, as we were here to represent the parish members for Pro-Life. I personally, introduced myself as a business owner, who is a licensed insurance agent. Two minutes into the discussion, she revealed her views on the topic and how we won’t be able to change her mind. Her eyes connected with mine and she said, ‘You know ladies, with technology the way it is, we wouldn’t have an abortion problem if we applied a plan. Now, I’ve been told it’s a bit radical, but if we allowed men to be castrated, took the sperm to the bank, collected tax dollars on it for storage, then when it’s time, to have the man decide he’s ready to begin a family…. well then problem is solved!’”
Amazingly, Kamala Harris refused to defend men’s rights, and instead has repeatedly attacked men! In fact, she attacked the Japanese culture and what she called the “Western Appropriation” of “Toxic Masculinity”! In fact, she said…
Ironically, Harris along with the entire Democrat Party have embraced the attack on so-called ‘toxic masculinity’, and even defended Proctor and Gamble’s ad blitz. Interestingly, Proctor and Gamble ran their “Toxic Masculinity” ads will run in the United States markets, but agreed to block it in Saudi Arabia, apparently for fear of offending Muslims, which has one of the highest discrimination rates against women today!
Today, Progressive activists demonize men’s masculinity, rather than the real source of violence, perversion, and men who have no clue what it truly means to be a man. Instead, the radical left-wing activists decry masculinity as the cause of ‘rape culture on college campuses, teaching boys and girls that feminism is good, and masculinity is bad and evil. Consequently, it has led to a growing problem of hoaxes that accuse men of gang rapes, like in when the Rolling Stones magazine falsely accused a fraternity, which later was proven to be fabricated. Still, it caused irreparable harm to the young men that were targeted, and all because they were men!
Furthermore, it has caused an even larger divide for women, who are being taught that they cannot trust ANY MAN, simply because he is a man. They are teaching young girls that men are inherently evil, praying upon women, and unnecessary in life.
As a consequence of the gender divide, women and men are choosing to be single, engaging in out-of-wedlock fornication, rather than embracing each other as partners, as equals in life through marriage. The fornication has led to abortion becoming a norm, as more than 15% of children are being killed, rather than coming to term. The statistics skyrocket from there, as out-of-wedlock teens and young adults abort their babies at even higher rates.
The war on men and masculinity sadly is only heating up at that point, as American workplaces are attacked for unequal pay, but those statistics don’t account for a longer number of hours that men work when compared to women. For example, according to the 2015 American Time Use Survey by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, among full-time employees, men worked 8.2 hours compared to women working 7.8 hours. For example, men work an average of 42 minutes more per day than women, which is an extra 3.5 hours a week or 14 hours a month, or 168 hours per year!
Also, according to statistics, men hold more dangerous jobs than women, which also accounts for higher pay. For example, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released its annual Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries on December 18, with the data showing some surprising figures. It evaluated 139 separate occupations, with outdoor jobs involving machines and equipment operations like commercial fishing, logging, aircraft pilots, and roofers as the most dangerous, and indoor jobs as the safest. Also, the more dangerous jobs tended to pay more, while safer jobs paid less. They found that women gravitated to safer jobs, while men predominantly towards the more dangerous jobs. Consequently, it led to 4,761 men dying on the job compared to 386 women in 2017. The fatality rate for men was about 10 times that of women

The modern-day Progressive Feminist movement has become a socialist machine, that puts ideology over the needs of ‘men and women’, conveniently leaving out pertinent facts, in order to push their agenda of hate! Furthermore, they try to paint anyone who points out their inherent flaws and lack of logic as sexist, while demonizing them through their Progressive-controlled Mainstream Media! Meanwhile, the continue to promote their war on men and ‘masculinity’, through movies and television shows and even commercials like the one that Proctor and Gamble’s Gillette razors released, that portray men and dads as incompetent, sexist, hate-filled idiots! Unfortunately, it isn’t just the men who suffer, but women today are treated worse due to the Progressive ideological corruption of our society. In the end, it is our children, at least the ones who are not aborted upon conception, who are paying a steep price for their radically out-of-touch, and out-of-control demonizing of man!
Today, so-called feminism has propelled far past equality for the sexes, and now has traditional masculinity as a target. Problems that feminists claim to be problems with masculinity were rarely seen more than 50 years ago, but as they have pushed God out of the picture, targeted respect men and women hold for one another, and worked to destroy the family unit, the problems in society have not only been exacerbated but exploded to monumental proportions.
Today, women have the right to vote, right to work, right to be anything they want. However, what have women lost today? They have lost respect for what true masculinity means! Men are now more untrusting of women than ever before in history, as the divorce rate has soared, pre-marital sex and out of wedlock births have skyrocketed, abortion takes an unprecedented number of babies lives, and marriage has become a place of fear for our youth! We have men who want to be women, women who want to be men, some who don’t if they want to be a man or woman, and consequently suicide rates that have skyrocketed due to confusion, lack of direction, and a fear of life itself! Also, the latest Center for Disease Control (CDC) data reveals that the U.S. general fertility rate has seen a three percent drop between 2016 and 2017, which is one of the lowest levels in history. Not surprising, as men and women have become so divided and opposed to one another! Furthermore, the Progressive answer, import third-world nations to replenish the population, and create more progressivism!
Yes, today’s feminists say that they want gender-neutrality in the world, as they erode the relationship that men have with their wives, sons, and daughters, but is what they want are socialism and Marxism. They know that in order to achieve those ends, they need Americans to be desperate, have no faith to answer their questions, no husbands or wives to give them support, and no children to give them aspirations to do the right thing for their future! That is why they want to promote promiscuity amongst children, rather than let children be children, distrust amongst men and women, and demoralize society in general! Today, Proctor and Gamble is nothing more than a symptom of a bigger disease. It is a condition that is the modern-day plague for America and the world. A plague that is infecting our world, our nation, our cities, our communities, our televisions, our movies, our faith, our spouses, and our children!
Sadly, in recent years, masculinity has been under attack on so many fronts. Boys are treated as troubled or defective. In colleges and universities, boys are presumed guilty until proven innocent of rape charges, regardless of times when it has been proven that they were innocently accused. Furthermore, their guilt until proven innocence arises not from their own personal history, but the fact that they are male, and today, male masculinity is considered criminal! Also, from youth, boys are being medicated at astounding rates for ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder), as compared to their female counterparts, only because the boys are more energetic and rough-house more than the girls. In fact, forensic psychologist Dr. Helen Smith, who wrote the book “Men on Strike” pointed out that it is a symptom of policies that have been forced upon, and have been shaping public schools for the last 30 to 40 years. She said…
“People don’t know how to deal with boys, and what they’re doing is … using drugs as an avenue for having boys be cooperative and fitting into a school system that often times they don’t fit into.”
In college, the “rape culture” has been blamed on masculinity, but nearly all the incidents of actual rape stem from boys who have come from homes that are either missing a male father to role-model what it truly means to be a man and to serve as an example to their child. In fact, a ‘real man’ who is truly masculine demonstrates to their young boys how to respect women, how to be a father, and ultimately what it means to be a man! Instead, we have Progressives pushing God away from families, eroding the family unit with sickened and perverted ideas of what it means to be a family!
There was a time in the history of our nation, where being a ‘masculine man’ meant working hard to provide for one’s wife and children. It meant opening the doors for your wife out of respect and love. It meant being a ‘role model’ for not only your young boys but showing the girls how they should be loved and cherished by men! It meant having dinner together as a family so that you can discuss the events of the day, pray to God for all the blessings everyone has received, and COMMUNICATING WITH EACH OTHER as a family unit! However, now with those who demonize men, those like Kamala Harris, they not only demonize men, but they put illegal alien men before American men! They even put men who have committed murder, rape, and other crimes, over those who serve our nation and put their lives on the line! Unfortunately, it is because left-wing Democrats put their own interests, their own power, and their own wealth, over the interests of the American people!
