Previously, reports had indicated that former Obama Administration Secretary of State John Kerry had been intentionally trying to undermine the Trump agenda with Iran, and now he has openly admitted to those very acts.

Now, just as the pressure has become nearly unbearable for the ruthless and terrorist supporting rogue nation, the Democrat Party has been working within their own ranks to undermine President Trump’s attempt to end the Iranian nuclear agenda, and standing with the oppressed people of Iran. Regardless, under the guise of an unelected shadow government, John Kerry has been traveling to meet with the Iranian leadership to undermine the current Administrations strategy in the Middle East, and Kerry even admitted to such an act.

In fact, in a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt, former Secretary of State John Kerry admitted that he’s been working behind the back of the Trump Administration to salvage the Iran nuclear deal by using a backchannel with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.  John Kerry said

“What I have done is tried to elicit from him what Iran might be willing to do in order to change the dynamic in the Middle East for the better.”

John Kerry, Former Obama Secretary of State

Former secretary of state and failed Democrat presidential candidate John Kerry has been trying to salvage Obama’s awful Iran Deal by going around the Trump administration and holding meetings with Iran. The question is, who elected Kerry?

FOX News reports:

John Kerry slammed for ‘shameful’ shadow diplomacy after admitting to meetings with Iran

Former Secretary of State John Kerry is being slammed for conducting shadow diplomacy with Iran after admitting to multiple meetings with Iranian officials behind the backs of the Trump administration — including over the scrapped nuclear deal.

An administration official on Thursday told Fox News Kerry’s meetings are “shameful,” pointing out what Iranian-backed militias are doing to kill and injure people in Syria, Iraq and Yemen.

Other Republicans suggested it may not even be legal.

“John Kerry is out giving advice to Iran about how to maneuver around what Donald Trump is doing, it’s insidious,” Ari Fleischer, the former White House press secretary for George W. Bush, said Wednesday on Fox News’s “Special Report.” “I don’t know if it’s legal or illegal, I don’t care about that side of it. It’s wrong.”…

Later Wednesday, during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino,” Kerry did not deny the suggestion he’s telling the Iranians to wait out Trump until there is a Democratic president again.

“I think everybody in the world is talking about waiting out President Trump,” said Kerry, who ran unsuccessfully for president in 2004 and who has not ruled out a 2020 bid.

What would have happened if someone from the Bush administration decided to go around Obama in this way while he was president? Amazingly, Kerry has exuded his arrogance, in putting himself above the law, and believing that he should undermine the Trump Administrations efforts. However, no man is above the law under the Constitution of the United States. In fact, it is on the contrary, because John Kerry has blatantly violated the Logan Act of 1799 which states that…

“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

Logan Act of 1799

Therefore, John Kerry blatantly violated the Logan Act of 1799, unless he qualifies for one of the exceptions, which it appears that he did not. Those exceptions include when private citizens register as foreign agents under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which covers not only formal lobbying, but also providing advice to foreign governments or individuals about how to change or circumvent U.S. law. This has been one of the areas that Robert Mueller’s Special Council has been targeting President Trump, and his Administration. Mueller has been investigating what he saw as potential Foreign Agents Registration Act violations, involving those who worked for Russia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, and Turkey. As of yet, there is no record of Kerry registering as a Foreign Agent under FARA. Therefore, he would certainly be in violation of the Logan Act.

John Kerry appears to have taken the President’s withdrawal from the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)” aka. the Iran Deal, which Kerry had negotiated personally. However, John Kerry must recognize one important fact. KERRY DIDN’T WIN THE 2016 ELECTION, BUT PRESIDENT TRUMP DID! Furthermore, President Trump ran on the promise of a repeal of the JCPOA Iran Deal, and President Trump had no obligation to keep the deal in place, since it was unsigned, and “neither a treaty nor an executive agreement.” Even John Kerry’s Assistant Secretary of State, Julie Frifield, admitted that it was non-binding.

Sadly, in recent months and years, left-wing politicians have begun to believe that they are above the very laws that their own parties create. Furthermore, if John Kerry or any other left-wing politician wants to criticize and denigrate President Trump and his policies, they are free to do so. After all, it is still a free country. John Kerry can even plan and conspire against President Trump and his policies, so long as he registers as a foreign agent on behalf of the ruthless Iranian regime.

However, what they are not permitted to do is to conspire against the President, his Administration, or the United States of America, without registering as a foreign agent for Iran, or be subject to severe penalties under the Constitution of the United States, and all the laws listed within.
