Over the weekend accusations of racism by Catholic school boys towards a Native American counter-demonstrator at the March for Life on Friday led to the Mainstream Media spreading the allegations like wild-fire, as it spread on social media like a plague. Quickly, death threats towards the students ensued from Hollywood and Americans around the nation. By Sunday afternoon, new evidence in the form of the video surfaced, showing that it wasn’t the Catholic boys who were being racist or threatening, but from the Indian, and a group of black counter-protesters against the ‘Right to life’ demonstrations. Now, authorities are concerned and have released statements, as the boys and their families have had their lives threatened.
Sadly, it all started when the Hollywood Reporter ran with a headline on Saturday that read…
“Students in ‘Make America Great Again’ Hats Mock Native Americans After Washington Rally.”
Quickly, Mainstream Media latched onto the headline and began attacking the boys as racists! CNN headlined…
“Teens in Make America Great Again hats taunted a Native American elder at the Lincoln Memorial.”
The video quickly went viral, as it was edited to cut out the majority of the video, so as to depict the children as making fun of the Native American Indian Vietnam Veteran. In fact, the video reported by the Mainstream Media painted the boys as mocking the Indians on the Lincoln Memorial’s steps, as Nathan Phillips, the Native American drummer, walked towards them. The student’s gestures were perceived as mocking him.
Also, the Native American drummer, Nathan Phillips told a Detroit newspaper that he had
“tried to keep the peace between a group of mostly white students attending a March for Life event and a gathering of about four black members of a religious group known as the Black Hebrew Israelites.”
Phillips went on to say that…
These young men were beastly and these old black individuals was their prey.” He claimed that the students had chanted “build the wall”
Also, Phillips told the Washington Post that…
“he felt threatened by the teens and that they swarmed around him.”
Quickly social media saw the video go viral, as the boys were doxxed, and threatened with expulsion and disciplinary actions. Left-wing Slate reported that the student had
“harassed” the Native American and had the “face of self-satisfaction and certitude, of edginess expressed as cruelty.”
Slate then said that the boy’s actions were tied to the President’s criticisms of Senator Elizabeth Warren, and her claim to Native American heritage.
Then, anti-Trumper Bill Kristol tweeted out that the President should condemn the Catholic school. He said…
Then the Catholic school and the diocese issued a public apology, regardless of the boy’s claims that they were being smeared. Still, the school and diocese pledged discipline and expulsion of the students. They stated…

Within 24 hours, the boys were receiving threats and harassment from people whom they knew, and people they had never heard of before.
One of the boys that attended the event posted a plea for the media to look at the full story about what had happened at the Lincoln Memorial, as he said…
I am a student at Covington Catholic and was present at the occurrence. Here is what truly happened …
In the midst of our cheers, we were approached by a group of adults led by Nathan Phillips, with Phillips beating his drum. They forced their way into the center of our group. We initially thought this was a cultural display since he was beating along to our cheers and so we clapped to the beat. … However, after multiple minutes of Mr. Phililps beating his drum directly in the face of my friend (mere centimeters from his nose), we became confused and started wondering what was happening. It was not until later that we discovered they would incriminate us as a publicity stunt. … To reiterate, we did not partake in any physical or verbal abuse … After that initial occurrence, we were then verbally assaulted by four or five African-American men who called us “faggots” and berated one of our African-American students for being friends with us. The truth needs to come out. I pray that you read this …
Then as new evidence began to emerge, The Daily Caller posted another side of the story. The reported that…
The boys had traveled to Washington, D.C. to participate in Friday’s March for Life from Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky, and were waiting for the bus that was to take them home. The boys were seen jumping up and down around him (Phillips) and can be heard chanting “Cov Cath is the best” which is their school chant, in time with the drumbeat. Meanwhile, as Phillips beat his drum, the boys around them clap and chant. One of the boys can be heard yelling, “What is going on? This is so sweet!”
Newsweek, reported that the mother of one of the boys who attended, said…
“Shame on you! Were you there? Did you hear the names the people where (sic) calling these boys? It was shameful. Did you witness the black Muslims yelling profanities and videotaping trying to get something to further [sic] your narrative of hatred??”
Then, by Sunday afternoon, less than 24 hours after the Hollywood Reporter broke the story, new videos showing the incident in its entirety began to surface. Also, it began to shine a new light on the event.
Ironically, the following videos were not even posted by the Catholic boys, but instead by the radical left-wing activists who had been taunting the boys, before Phillips got involved.
These young men were beastly and these old black individuals was their prey.” He claimed that the students had chanted “build the wall”
However, they were not even saying to “build the wall”, and it was the black men who were yelling racial slurs and threats at the boys for wearing MAGA hats, and their skin color. The racial slurs were caught on video.
Phillips other claims that he told the Washington Post about the fact that “he felt threatened by the teens and that they swarmed around him” was completely inaccurate, as the boys never moved, and as Phillips along with some of his friends, and the radical left counter-protest black group surrounded the boys, as they hurled threats at the school kids.
The Gateway Pundit also pointed out that Phillips had been involved in similar occurrences like this before, as he accused college students elsewhere of hurling racial slurs and threats. Phillips reported it immediately to the news, and campus police investigated, but no evidence of threats or violence was ever found.
Also, Nathan Phillips has previously attended anti-Trump protests in April of 2017, when he had his picture taken in front of the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., where he said that he was protesting against President Trump’s environmental policies.
Now, the parents and students from Covington Catholic are demanding an apology from the diocese, which they have yet to get. However, the retractions are just now beginning to emerge!
On Saturday, cartoonist and political commentator Scott Adams said that the students had behaved like “assholes.” However, he changed his Saturday comment of saying that the students had behaved like “assholes”, to apologizing for the remark, and blaming it on “fake news” CNN portraying the victim as the perpetrator! Also, he pointed out that Phillips turned out to be confrontational, rather than the reverse, after seeing the video in its entirety. He tweeted…
In addition, the Associated Press admitted that Marcus Frejo, a member of the Pawnee and Seminole tribe said that the children were singing with them, and not making fun of them.
