For The Sake Of American Security, And Since Dems Refused To Listen To The DHS Border Security Briefing, Trump Sends It To Entire Congress

On Wednesday Democrats interrupted and refused to listen to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Nielsens briefing on border security issues to National Security. Typically, security briefings are taken seriously, especially being the government shut-down hinges on the border security issues. Therefore, since they refused to listen, so they could inform the legislative leaders in Congress, President Trump was forced to by-pass Congressional Democrat leadership and he, therefore, sent the slides of the entire presentation in a Friday letter to every member of Congress as well as reporters.

President Trump wrote…

“It had been my hope that Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen would have the opportunity to deliver a presentation discussing the facts about the depth and severity of the humanitarian crisis and the security crisis that is now unfolding at the Southern Border. However, some of those present did not want to hear the presentation at the time, and so I have instead decided to make the presentation available to all Members of Congress.”

Reports indicated that neither Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer would even allow Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen to begin her briefing, as the two Demorat leaders foiled the negotiations, and made demands that the President either gives up his border wall, or the government would remain shut down. Then, as they walked out of the briefing, they informed reporters that they would end the shut-down with proposals that turned out to be massive Progressive give-aways and left-wing power grabs, and stabs at the power of the ‘American voter‘, rather than funding national security measures or helping the American people.

Both House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer have both declared they will not appropriate any more than $1.3 billion in border security funding, and that none of it could be used for building a wall. In fact, they have vowed to fight the right of the American people to raise money for helping build the wall as well.

President Trump has continued to hold firm on his attempt to protect the American people and build a wall on the Southern border, regardless of the incessant attacks by the radicalized Democrat Party and their Progressive Mainstream Media Propaganda Ministry. Therefore, the shutdown could be a long one. However, in the meantime, the President has vowed to keep Congress informed, regardless of obstruction coming from the Democrat leadership. Furthermore, President Trump has also indicated that if the Democrats continue on their outlandish and incessant attacks on the National Security of ‘We the People’, and if the border continues to become unstable, he will be forced to declare a national emergency on the border, and use non-discretionary funds allotted to him to secure the border. Either way, it could make for a wild ride through 2020, as Democrats step-up their dangerous game of Socialism using ‘Resistance’ politics!
